1. Delivery Areas

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom, USA and Australia.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 6 to 14 business days after shipment.

  • Australia: 6 to 10 business days after shipment.

  • United States of America: 6 to 14 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method. They are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

The prices displayed include UK VAT  for customers in the United Kingdom. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout.

The prices displayed include USA VAT  for customers in the United States of America. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout.

Orders to Australia do not include GST. While rare, import fees may be applied by customs upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Each order comes with a tracking number sent by email upon shipment. You can track your package via our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service at contact@jad-com.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. An investigation will be launched, and a replacement or refund will be offered depending on the outcome.

6. Unclaimed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, reshipping fees will be at the customer's expense.
