1. Right of withdrawal (UK customers)

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of our waterproof makeup bag within 14 days of receiving your order, no explanation required.

Returning the item
Once you've notified us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions

  • The bag must be unused, clean, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

    Refunds
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, using the original payment method.

2. Legal warranty (Australian customers)

Legal Guarantees (ACL)
Our bags are covered under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is:

  • Faulty,

  • Not as described,

  • Not fit for its intended use.

Change of mind returns
While not legally required, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 Business days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

3. American customers

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within the return window listed below.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot accept refund requests.

4. Return conditions

The bag must be unused, clean, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

For reasons of hygiene, products with traces of make-up or moisture will not be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or there has been an error in the order.

A prior email to [contact email] is required for all returns, with supporting photos if the product is damaged.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

If the return is approved, the customer will receive a full refund (excluding initial delivery costs, unless we are mistaken).

No refunds will be given for misuse or damage not covered by the warranty.



5. Warranty and Liability

Products are warranted in accordance with UK, Australian, USA legislation.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse.

The company cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.
